Recharge Payments has hired former Lyft executive Libby Juelsgaard as SVP People, reporting to Co-Founder & CEO, Oisin O’Connor.

Ms. Juelsgaard was most recently Director of HR at Lyft where she spent nearly five years partnering with the Co-Founders as the company scaled their People Operations from 800 to more than 6,000 employees. Prior she spent four years at Twitter where she joined pre-IPO and was the first HR Business Partner for the company’s Engineering and Product orgs as the company scaled to ~6,000 employees.
