Libby Lipinski joins Charter Contracting as Vice President, Human Resources.  Ms. Lipinski brings over a decade of HR and talent management experience within the industry to the role, in which she will lead all aspects of strategic human resources including talent management, workforce design and leadership development.

Ms. Lipinski has held key HR leadership roles at Shawmut Design and Construction and most recently led HR at TPI Composites.
