Andrew has spent his career focused on the critical link between outstanding leadership and sustained profitability – as both an operating executive as well as an executive search consultant and talent advisor.
He joins Signal Partners from DEKRA, a $4B global safety services company, where most recently he served as Chief Revenue Officer of the North American business responsible for acquisitions and partnerships. Earlier he spent four years as the Managing Director & GM of the Asia/Pacific region covering operations in China, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia. He began his tenure with DEKRA as Chief Talent Officer where he drove the hiring of critical executive leaders including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and GM of EMEA operations.
Prior, Andrew spent almost twenty years building and leading an executive search and talent advisory business, partnering with clients that spanned emerging growth companies to Fortune 50 corporations.
Andrew has led searches to identify Board Directors, recruit entire executive teams for carve-outs, as well C-Suite leadership roles and unique, high value positions which drive success. Whether a COO for an oil and gas company, a CHRO for a Fortune 50 medical technology corporation, or Chief Winemaker for a high-growth, private equity-backed winery in Canada, Andrew’s unique ability to identify and solve the key leadership issues driving change in organizations has made him a sought-after partner.
Andrew graduated from the University of Vermont and lives in Boston where he grew up. He and his wife are now empty nesters, enjoy travelling and drinking great wine! He is an avid cyclist and is a proud 14-year veteran of the Pan Mass Challenge, a 185-mile ride benefitting the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
