Andrew provides a unique perspective to both private equity portfolio companies and small to mid-cap corporations regarding executive talent and team building. He brings an operating background and close to 20 years of experience in executive search to the firm. An expert in the divergent areas of industry and business services, he joined Signal Partners from DEKRA, a $4B global safety services company, where most recently he served as Chief Revenue Officer for North America. Earlier he spent four years as the Managing Director of the Asia/Pacific region covering operations in China, SE Asia and Australia. He began his tenure with DEKRA as Chief Talent Officer where he drove the hiring of critical executive leaders including Chief Technology Officer, CFO, and GM of EMEA operations.
Prior, Andrew spent almost twenty years building and leading an executive search and talent advisory business, partnering with clients that spanned emerging growth companies to Fortune 50 corporations. His functional expertise focuses on executives in HR, Finance and Go-To-Market though his reach is across the executive team. Andrew has led engagements to identify Board Directors and CEO’s, recruit entire executive teams for new-cos and positioned growth companies with their first true HR or Finance executive as they mature.

Andrew graduated from the University of Vermont and lives in Boston where he grew up. He and his wife are now empty nesters, enjoying traveling and drinking great wine! He is an avid cyclist and is a proud 15-year veteran of the Pan Mass Challenge, a 185-mile ride benefitting the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
